Rental Terms & Conditions

These Rental Terms apply to every booking made with Rent a Party FL (“we”, “us”) through rentapartyfl.com, by phone, WhatsApp or in person. By placing a booking, the customer (“you”) agrees to these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

Your booking is confirmed once a 50% deposit is paid. The remaining 50% is due when setup is completed at your event. You may also choose to pay the full amount at checkout. Prices are listed per day, per hour or per person as shown on each product page. Florida sales tax applies.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled setup time: 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled setup time: 50% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancel when our team arrives for setup: no refund.

Date changes are subject to availability.

3. Weather

Inflatables cannot be used in rain, lightning or strong winds. Weather cancellations follow the refund rules in Section 2. Alternatively, you may reschedule your booking at no charge if you notify us at least 5 hours before the party. If the weather becomes unsafe after setup, inflatables must be turned off and everyone must exit immediately.

4. Service Area, Delivery and Setup

  • We serve locations up to 50 miles from our base in Clermont, FL.
  • Delivery is free up to 20 miles. For locations more than 20 miles away, a delivery fee of $2.00 per mile applies.
  • You must provide a flat, clear area with access for setup and pickup.
  • Inflatables require an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup area.
  • Equipment must be available for pickup at the agreed time.

5. Safety and Supervision

A responsible adult (18+) must supervise inflatables and games at all times. Follow the posted safety rules: no shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, silly string or pets inside inflatables; group users by similar size and age; respect the maximum number of users. The customer is responsible for the safety of all users and guests.

6. Care of Equipment, Cleaning and Damages

Equipment is the property of Rent a Party FL. You are responsible for loss, theft or damage beyond normal wear while equipment is in your care, including damage from misuse, moving the equipment, or weather after setup. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the customer. A $20.00 cleaning fee applies only if an inflatable is returned extremely dirty.

7. Food Services and Child Care

Food station plans are priced per person and prepared for the number of guests booked. Please inform us in advance of any food allergies. Child care is provided for the hours booked; parents and hosts remain responsible for their children outside the hours and areas covered by the service.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, you agree to use the equipment at your own risk and to release and hold Rent a Party FL harmless from claims for injury or damage arising from use, misuse or lack of supervision of the rented equipment, except where caused by our own negligence.
